PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER

  WED21st/ FEB02/2018.
 Equipment:Meter ruler-Tennis ball(another appropriate ball)Retort stand-Boss head-Clamp.

Aim:To investigate the height of the ball when dropped and the height of the first bounce of the ball.

Hypothesis:(Make a prediction of what you expect to observe during your investigation.)
That the ball will reach the exact the same height of the place it was dropped from.

Method:Find a place to drop the ball.
Get your meter ruler and retort stand ready.
                      Measure it.
                     Record your measuring.
                     Collect data.

Drop (1)from 1 meter to 80cm
Drop(2)from 80 cm to 67 cm
Drop(3)from 67 cm to 49 cm
Drop(4)from 49 cm to 31 cm
Drop(5)from 31 cm to 20 cm
Drop(6) from 20 cm to 16 cm

Data collected:The ball will reach different heights when dropped from different heights.

The experiment went well.
