An Ideal World

In an ideal world in my head, superpowers would be cool. To elaborate even further I would want everyone to have a quirk just like in My Hero Academia. Just think how cool would it be if you had superhuman abilities. You could fly, teleport, have super strength, or even have the power to summon an animal body part from the food you just ate. In my ideal world, I would want to have the quirk One For All just like the main character, not because of its power but because I want to train and try my hardest to control it. I know what you're thinking if everyone has quirks, there are bound to be people who are going to use their quirk for their own selfish evil ways, but just think about it wouldn't it be boring if everyone was good. Villains would make the world more interesting don't you think. Also, the reason I want villains in the story so that people could be heroes in their own stories. You know what they say everyone is a hero in their own story.

Windracers

In science, we were asked to design our very own wind racers as a group.

                                                                          Design

Since the vehicle was already given to us by our teacher. All we had to do was design the sail. So my group decided to make our sail triangle shaped.  We made an M shaped hole in our sail to symbolize the name of our wind racer which was the Moromobile. Our group's sail was second fastest.

                                         Redesign

We added some cardboard and made more meters that way.

Maori and European Population Changes In Nz 1836-1901

                                                        Questions
1)What does the Graph show us ? The change of Population in NZ from 1836 to 1901.

2)Why do you think the numbers of Maori change ? They traded goods for muskets, which led up to the Musket Wars. The women also caught diseases, during sexual intercourse with men who've caught infectious sickness. The women couldn't give birth because of the sickness which led to the decrease of the population.

3) Why do you think numbers of Europeans Changed ? The Maori traded their land for weapons and other goods.

Tournament Of Power - NOVEL

                                                                 Deku😅

We had just started training with our whole class when suddenly a portal that appeared out of nowhere and warped us into this unknown place. By the way, my name is Izuku Midoriya but you can call me Deku I'm a student from UA High School. I got warped into this place along with my friends, Todoroki, Bakugou, Kirishima, and Uraraka. As I looked around I saw all these different people, there was this very tall green guy. When I looked around I suddenly realized we all have two things in common we were all fighters and Heroes. Afterward, a mysterious figure showed up and told all of us what was going on. He said he was holding this tournament with all of us in it, he also said the losing Universal dimension will get erased. The last thing he told us was that it was a battle royale. We took the rest of the time to strategize. We were going to fight in this huge stage they said killing is not allowed the only way to win is to knock them off the stage. Kirishima suggested that we place ourselves in the middle but Todoroki and Bakugou said that most of the other competitors might be thinking of it as well. Once we were all inside the stage, I felt this rush inside of me I think it was excitement. Thanks to Melissa's Full Gauntlet I can use 100% of One For All. Once the tournament started Bakugou and Kirishima left on their own, soon after that Todoroki left too, he said he can't use the full extent of his powers if he was near us. Soon after a warrior with an orange martial artist suit came up to me and told me he wanted to fight. I asked him what his name is he said it was Gohan he was very confident that his universe would prevail. He said he's going to go full power of the bat so he went I think it was called his Ultimate form. I told myself that I should only use 20 % of my power. Gohan charges me with all his might but wasn’t fast enough I stepped out of the way and jumped up and propelled myself towards him and turned on my full cowling and hit him with a 20 % Detroit Smash. Which surprisingly knocked him off the stage, making him the first person to be eliminated.

                                                                   Bakugou😠

I told Kirishima that we should ambush that tin man (Gilthunder) he agreed so we attacked him from behind, of course. He sensed we were coming for an ambush so he turned around quickly and charged at us with his sword. Kirishima went in front of me and used his quirk to save me from getting any damage from that attack. He used his hardening to attack the tinman while I was in the air getting ready to use my AP shot. But he counted it with his move called Thunderbolt. When our attacks touched each other there was a lot of dust in the air. When the air cleared, I decided to use my Howitzer Impact which thankfully blew him off the stage.

                                                        TO BE CONTINUED

Maori Gods

Discuss the idea of Mythology/stories in religion, and the role myths and stories play in society?  It is important because it shows us how the world was made.

What similarities are there between the myths and stories of Maori and the first British Missionaries? The Maori believed in Multiple gods whereas the British only believed in one.

Why would the difference between Maori Beliefs and English Beliefs cause conflict?   The Maori didn't believe in the missionaries god's belief, they just believed in the Maori God of War.

English Essay Term 3

What are some powerful quirks in My Hero Academia? In the world of My Hero Academia there are people with powers called quirks. There has been a debate all around to see who has the most powerful Heroes in My Hero Academia.

Most people would think it is All Might because of his quirk ( All For One ), for a long time he was the number one hero in the world and a symbol of hope. All Might’s Quirk One For All gives him enhanced speed and unbelievable strength, and he has a very powerful finishing move he calls it Detroit Smash. The interesting thing about All Might’s quirk is it was given to him by his predecessor Nana Shimura. After a devastating battle against All For One, All Might was badly injured resulting in him having a punctured hole in his stomach. All Might then passed his quirk to Izuku Midoriya(Deku) which made him weak because he was losing One For All He can only transform up to three hours per day but after fighting All For One again in season three he lost his quirk (One For All). All Might has two ultimate moves they are Detroit Smash and Carolina Smash. Detroit Smash allows All Might to create a shock wave large and powerful enough to clear the weather. Carolina Smash allows All Might to perform a frontal somersault leading into a downward punch. All Might has a very powerful quirk which bad guys fear.

Some people think it is Katsuki Bakugou (Kacchan) who has the most powerful quirk. During the entrance exam, Katsuki came in first place earning him a spot at UA high school. Katsuki’s quirk is pretty much like explosives, his sweat is filled with nitroglycerin which makes him create explosions from his hands. Bakugou has two Ultimate moves which he calls Blast Rush Turbo and the other one is called an AP (Armour Piercing) shot. Blast rush Turbo allows Kacchan to propel himself behind the enemy and explode them from the back. AP shot is pretty much like a Kamehameha wave but much smaller. I think that Kacchans personality matches his quirk.

It’s time I talk about one of the Elite Pro Heroes, he is well known around because his number two hero of Japan named Endeavour. Endeavour’s quirk is Hellflame he can produce and manipulate fire at his own will. He climbed up to a second-place when he was only twenty years old. He became the number one hero when All Might retired. Endeavour is the pro hero with the highest tally of resolved cases in history. He has two ultimate moves one of them is Jet Burn and the other one is called Hell Spider. Jet Burn lets Endeavour to shoot a blast of fire at his desired target. Hell Spider lets Endeavour to send out long, thin blasts of fire out of the tips of his fingers which he can use to cut through any enemy. Endeavour’s flames make the criminals fear him.

Then there’s Shoto Todoroki Endeavours son he is one of the best students in UA and got through because of all his recommendations. To make Shoto a very powerful Hero Endeavour married a woman named Rei who had been forced into a marriage she didn’t agree too. Rei has Ice powers and Endeavour has a fire, which resulted in Shoto having both Fire and Ice as his quirks. Shoto’s Quirk is Half Cold - Half Hot, his quirk is divided between his left and right sides, respectively. He uses his flames on his left side and ice on his right side. He has three ultimate moves Giant Ice Wall, Wall of Flames, and Flash Freeze Heatwave. Giant Ice Wall allows Shoto to create an enormous glacier to trap his enemies and block their attacks as well. Wall of Flames allows Shoto to generate a burst of flames that covers a large area, it is a good offence and defence technique. Flash Freeze Heatwave allows Shoto to cool the air around him, and then heat it rapidly to release a superheated blast.

Finally, I am going to talk to you about the main protagonist of the series Izuku Midoriya and why he has the most powerful quirk. Midoriya was born quirkless but after showing courage and selflessness, All Might decided to pass on One For All to Izuku. Before he was given the quirk, Midoriya had a ten-month hardcore training to make his body stable for the enormous power he was going to be given. Once he learned to control it he could use up five to eight per cent of his quirk, because using too much of it damages his body. People will be saying that Shoto is powerful then Midoriya but think about it Midoriya isn’t even using a hundred per cent of his power. Once his body grows and he controls One For All he will be an unstoppable force. With Gran Torino and All Might’s coaching and guidance, Deku can learn to master and control All For One once and for all. Deku has three ultimate moves in his arsenal they are Detroit Smash, One For All: Full Cowling, and One For All: Full Cowling Shoot Style. Midoriya’s Detroit Smash is the same as All Might’s but he uses it as an uppercut. One For All: Full Cowling allows Midoriya to activate this technique which gives him enhanced strength, speed, mobility, and agility. It also prevents him from breaking his bones when attacking. One For All : Full Cowl Shoot Style effects in his torso and legs rather than his arms, allowing him to put out even more power due to the fact that the human leg muscles are naturally stronger than the human arm muscles, granting him enough power and stability and allowing him to step away from the shackles of having to imitate All Might.  In conclusion, all the Heroes above have very impressive quirks. All Might and Deku both have the same quirk(All For One). Todoroki and his father are both powerful as well because fire is very dangerous. Bakugou has his explosives which are very interesting.

Diversity Recap Term 1 and 2

We have been learning about Diversity in English by watching films and reading novels.

For me Diversity means people with different skin color and different beliefs live together with no conflict in one place. It is important to have diversity because with out t there will always be conflict. I knew diversity was something that had to do with people being united and peaceful with each other. I learned that being diverse can help people be civil with each other. Listening to people's point of views helps us understand them well.

How To Design A Drill Gauge On Tinkercad

In Metal Tech we have been learning on how to make a digital Drill Gauge using tinker-cad. I will be giving you instructions on how to make a digital drill gauge.

First you will have to select a shape. To select a shape, there will be an arrow on the right side of your screen, click the arrow to select a shape that best suits your work.

After selecting a shape  your screen should look like this.

You can change the color by simply clicking the box above your shape like this.

Now that you have selected a color and shape you would want to put holes now in your shape. To put holes in your shape you will want to go back to the box that gave you your shape. Click the box and  select the cylinder that already has a hole. If you still don't know what to click, select the cylinder that looks like this.

After selecting the cylinder you would want to put it in your work like this.

After that you would want to group your work. To group your work click on the arrow that looks like this.

If you want to put your name on it or any kind of text go back to the shape box and click on text like this.

If you want to change the text click on it and this will show up.Click inside the text box to write your name or whatever you want.

After doing all of that your work should look something like this.

And that is how to make a digital Drill Gauge

After 3d printing it, your Drill Gauge should look like this.

What have i learned ? I have learned how to make a digital 3d  Drill Gauge.

Character Strengths Term 2

I saw kindness when Mr Beast bought a homeless man a home, food, and furniture.

I saw a lot of love when Bianca supported Adonis at the hospital after he almost died in a boxing match even though she didn’t agree to the match.

I saw teamwork when  The Avengers and Wakandan people came out of the portal and fought Thanos and his army.

I saw forgiveness when Shouko Nishimiya accepted Shoya Ishida’s apology even after all the things he did to her.

I saw hope when Goku Mastered Ultra Instinct even though he was a mortal and fought Jiren to keep his universe safe.

I saw a lot of humor when Android 17 kept on ruining Universe 2’s transformation even though Goku and everyone else kept on saying not to.

Magazine Page (Sport)

Here is a screenshot of my work

Where is your focal point ? Why did you choose it and decide to put it where it is ? My focal point is the pink area because I wanted to draw the audience to this particular part.I chose pink because it was eye catching.

How are your shapes and lines leading to your focal point ? Pink is brighter then the other colors so naturally your eyes are drawn to it.

Why did you choose it and decide to put it where it is ? Pink is eye catching and I put it there because that was the main image i wanted people to look at.

How does your page link with the other members in your group ? Our work is linked because we all used circles for our images.

Based on the start of the term, where would you now rate yourself on the solo levels? 3.

What are the Hardest and Strongest Metals ? Research Topic

What are the Hardest and Strongest Metals?

      The Strongest Natural Metal: Tungsten

As far as pure metals go, tungsten has the highest tensile strength, with an ultimate strength of 1510 megapascals. Tungsten also has the honor of having the highest melting point of any unalloyed metal and the second highest melting point in the whole periodic table—only carbon can withstand hotter temperatures. Tungsten is very dense and brittle, making it difficult to work within all but its purest forms. Tungsten is commonly used in electrical and military applications, and you may find tungsten filaments in light bulbs and tungsten coating that adds a real punch to projectiles. It is also a common component in steel and other alloys, where even a small amount can significantly increase the strength of the alloy.

              The Strongest Alloy: Steel

Alloys are a constantly changing field, as researchers attempt to create ever-stronger combinations of elements. Generally, the strongest alloy is steel mixed with a few other elements. Vanadium steel alloys seem to be particularly promising, with several companies releasing variants with ultimate strengths of up to 5205 MPa. The steel that holds this distinction is called Micro-Melt® 10 Tough Treated Tool Steel.

                 The Hardest Metal: Chromium

The 'hardness' of a mineral is generally determined by the Mohs scale and is defined as the scratch resistance of a mineral. Diamonds are the hardest minerals known to man, but what is the hardest metal? That honor goes to chromium, a metal perhaps best known as the key ingredient in stainless steel. Chromium is also commonly used in chrome plating, which acts as a form of protection against corrosion and physical damage.
The Most Useful Strong Metal: Titanium

With an ultimate strength of about 434 MPa, titanium is the perfect blend of strength and practicality. Its low density makes it perfect for industrial uses requiring a strong metal with a high melting point. Indeed, titanium has the highest strength-to-weight ratio of any natural metal known to man. Pure titanium is stronger than standard steel, while being less than half the weight, and can be made into even stronger alloys. Because it is also fairly common, it's no wonder that titanium is used for a multitude of purposes. When it comes to manufacturing, the only strong natural metal worth caring about is titanium.
