Allergy disease facts

                 Coeliac disease facts

  • Celiac disease (CD), non-celiac gluten sensitivity (NCGS) and wheat allergy are all conditions whose primary treatment is avoidance of specific dietary components. ... Gluten is a protein naturally found in wheat, rye and barley, as well as in hybrids and products made from these grains
  • Coeliac
  •  (pronounced see-lee-ack) is a lifelong autoimmune condition which is triggered by an intolerance to gluten. Gluten is a protein found in wheat, rye and barley
  • Coeliac disease is not a food allergy or an intolerance, it is an autoimmunedisease. In coeliac disease, eating gluten causes the lining of the small intestine to become damaged. Other parts of the body may be affected
                 Lactose disease facts
  • Lactose intolerance is caused by not having enough of the enzyme lactase, which is needed to break down lactose, the sugar found in milk and other dairyproducts. Milk allergy is a true food allergy caused by an allergic reaction to the protein in milk
  • People with a milk or dairy allergy experience symptoms because their immune system reacts as though milk and other dairy products are a dangerous invader. This reaction can cause hives, an upset stomach, vomiting, bloody stools and even anaphylactic shock — a life-threatening allergic response
  • If you think that your baby may be sensitive to dairy products in your diet, remember that it can take 10 days to 3 weeks to eliminate cow's milk protein from your system—allow a full 2-3 weeks of dairy elimination before evaluating the results
               Seafood disease facts
  •  Symptoms of seafood allergy. Many allergic reactions to seafood are mild and cause hives (urticaria), swelling (angioedema) and/or gut reactions (vomiting, diarrhoea). The most dangerous symptoms are breathing difficulties or collapse, caused by a drop in blood pressure (shock), either of which can be life threatening
  • An allergy to shellfish may develop any time during a person's life, but tends to present in adulthood. It can be caused by foods that you've eaten before with no issues. Along with fish, shellfish allergies are the most common adult-onset food allergies
  • Shellfish allergy symptoms generally develop within minutes to an hour of eating shellfishThey may include: Hives, itching or eczema (atopic dermatitis) Swelling of the lips, face, tongue and throat, or other parts of the body

Four ways To Wellbeing

It was really fun learning the four dimensions of well-being and especially building the Whare. We had some challenges but we faced it and did better. In the end we became victorious.

Digestive Process - The Small Intestine - The Large Intestine

The muscles of the small intestine mix food with digestive juices from the pancreas, liver, and intestine, and push the mixture forward for further digestion. The walls of the small intestine absorb water and the digested nutrients into your bloodstream.
Outline the purpose of the :
  • Muscular walls of the small intestine : The muscular walls move food along the peristalisis.

  • Villi and Microvlli:The projections the villi and microvlli make increases the surface area of the small intestine, increasing the rate of absorption.

  • The walls of Villius: To ensure the rapid absorption into the bloodstream.

  • Capillary (blood vessel) Network inside the villius: To ensure the flow of nutrients and blood in your bloodstream.

The major function of the large intestine is to absorb water from the remaining indigestible food matter and transmit the useless waste material from the body.

Outline the purpose of the :

  • reabsorption of water and mineral ions such as sodium and chloride

  • formation and temporary storage of faeces

  • maintaining a resident population of over 500 species of bacteria

  • bacterial fermentation of indigestible materials

I wonder why FORTNITE is better than PUBG

1.It's free-to-play.

PUBG will cost you $30 to play and then sells you loot keys to unlock certain loot boxes with. You can also purchase items found in these loot boxes from other players, sometimes to the tune of hundreds of dollars.
On the other hand, Fortnite: Battle Royale is entirely, 100% free-to-play. You can buy seasonal Battle Passes (more on that below) but you never need to buy anything to play the game and enjoy it. There is literally no better reason to play this game than that, and it's a clear winner over PUBG in this regard.

2. It's less buggy than PUBG.

Another great reason to play Fortnite instead of PUBG? It's much better optimized and performs much better across all platforms. You just won't encounter the same level of bugs, glitches and frame-rate issues in Fortnite, and that makes it a more enjoyable experience at the very most basic level.
A recent patch even bumped the game to 60 frames-per-second on Xbox One, Xbox One X, PS4 and PS4 Pro, and it works like a charm. Good luck running PUBG at 60 fps on consoles. And anyone who plays shooters will tell you, framerate makes a huge difference. Anything less than 60 fps in a shooter is considered subpar.Epic has a big advantage here, of course. While both games are built using the Unreal Engine, Epic is the maker of the Unreal Engine. Nobody knows it better. This is definitely one reason why the game is so much better optimized than its biggest competitor.

3.You don't have to deal with as many cheaters.

Cheaters ruin games. Nothing ruins a competitive match in a game so quickly as a cheater. And while Fortnite does have its share of cheaters, PUBG has turned into a swamp. This is largely due to the influx of Chinese players in the game---virtually all PUBG cheaters hail from China---and the developer's unwillingness to region lock. This has resulted in a truly astonishing number of bans, but cheaters simply buy another copy and keep cheating.
If you don't want to get pwned by hackers and would rather just play and enjoy a game, Fortnite is a safer bet. And all the resources that the PUBG Corporation sinks into combating cheaters are resources that aren't going to game updates, new maps, and performance fixes.

4. Epic does right by its fans, with new content and communication.

The point is, Epic is great about communicating, putting out new content, and just keeping the game great and its community happy. Meanwhile, PUBG Corporation just doesn't do as much to keep its community happy---including the company's refusal to adequately address the Chinese cheaters problem, but not limited to that. Of course, PUBG Corporation is nowhere near as big as Epic so it's a little unfair to compare the two, but it is what it is.

Epic is great about communicating the studio's plans, intentions and just...everything related to the game. The studio is also great about adding new content and modes to the game, like the recently announced 20 vs 20 mode which pits five teams of 20 players against one another. This followed a 50 vs 50 mode that Epic is currently refining and plans to re-release down the road (because the original 50 vs 50 mode wasn't very good.)

5. The Battle Pass system is better than loot boxes.

Loot boxes---or gamble boxes as some have taken to calling them---are the hot new revenue stream in video games. In countless games---from PUBG to Overwatch to Call of Duty WWII---you can both earn loot boxes in-game or purchase them with real money, despite these games being pay to play to begin with.
But in Fortnite: Battle Royale, Epic has ditched loot boxes in favor of its Battle Pass system. The Battle Pass is essentially a seasonal subscription players can purchase. As they rank up from tier to tier, they earn rewards. These rewards are guaranteed so long as you get to each tier, so you know exactly what you're going to get. There's no RNG and no gambling.

Bonus: It's available on PS4 also.

My final reason is a bonus for PlayStation 4 gamers. Currently, PUBG is only available on PC and Xbox One. Not so with Fortnite. Epic's battle royale is available on PS4 as well as PC and Xbox One. Hopefully someday it also comes to the Switch, though I'm not holding my breath. For PS4 gamers this is a no-brainer, since you can't play PUBG anyways.
And that's all folks. I still think PUBG is a great game. It's not the first battle royale type game, but it popularized and revolutionized the genre, and I still think everyone should go give it a chance (or at least, if the cheating problem is fixed you should give it a chance.) But Fortnite is free and it's great fun and if you have to decide between the two at the moment, I'd go with that one every single time.
